Job Description
Prochant India Private Limited is actively seeking motivated candidates for the Voice Process role. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Providing exceptional customer support and effectively resolving issues.
- Leveraging product knowledge to assist customers efficiently.
- Adhering to established communication scripts and protocols.
- Accurately recording and documenting all customer interactions.
