Job Description
Property Park is seeking a presentable, experienced Real Estate Sales Executive for our Ravet/Baner locations. The full-time, permanent in-person role involves promoting residential properties, prospecting clients, conducting site visits and live demonstrations, scheduling appointments, and hosting showings. Candidates will manage listings, maintain databases, follow up with clients, advise on pricing and negotiations, assess client needs and financial capacity, and ensure transparent, ethical transactions.
- Strong sales, negotiation, communication, leadership, decision-making, and teamwork skills required
- Ability to work independently; freshers may be considered
- Salary: ₹20,00–₹40,00/month; benefit: cell phone reimbursement
