Job Description
We seek an experienced after-sales professional to manage premium client relationships, drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives, maximize retention, CLV and NPS, and execute integrated pre/post-sale marketing. You will analyze customer data and work closely with sales, service, product, and finance teams.
- Requirements: 2+ years B2C direct sales, excellent written and verbal communication, meticulous client care.
- Position: Full-time, in-person — New Friends Colony, Delhi.
- Compensation: ₹20,00–₹45,00/month. Benefits: paid sick leave and paid time off.
