Job Description
We are seeking a Commercial Assurance Associate to ensure commercial activities comply with company policies, safeguard revenue, and support the full deal lifecycle. You will review contracts and pricing, perform risk assessments and transaction audits, and collaborate with sales, finance, and legal teams to identify control gaps.
Responsibilities include delivering concise findings, actionable recommendations, and supporting remediation efforts. Required qualifications: bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field; 1–3 years of experience in commercial finance or assurance; advanced Excel proficiency; strong analytical thinking; clear written and verbal communication; and exceptional attention to detail.
