Job Description
Quadrafort Technologies, an ISO 9001/14001/2001/27001 and Great Place to Work certified IT consulting and services firm in Noida, is seeking an enthusiastic full-time Associate. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls in English, Hindi, and Punjabi; promoting services; collecting feedback; resolving customer inquiries; and maintaining accurate interaction records.
- Follow scripts and company policies while meeting call volume and quality targets
- Escalate unresolved issues appropriately
- Support digital transformation initiatives across Manufacturing, Retail, Hi‑Tech, BFSI, Healthcare, Automotive, and Media sectors
