Job Description
Quodeck Technologies seeks a creative Instructional Designer to design engaging, learner-centered experiences. You will collaborate with subject-matter experts to analyze learner needs, define instructional goals, storyboard UI and visuals, develop multimedia (audio, video, simulations, games), design assessments, and maintain course documentation. A strong grasp of learning theories, instructional design models, curriculum planning, basic e-learning tools and LMS, visual design, and scriptwriting is required. Degree in Instructional Design or Educational Technology preferred. This is a full-time, permanent, in-person role. Salary: ₹350,00–₹600,00/year. Benefits include health insurance and provident fund.
