Job Description
The Banquet Sales Coordinator will develop and manage group and banquet business, create proposals, negotiate contracts, and coordinate communication between clients and operations. Responsibilities include conducting site tours, preparing event BEOs, monitoring budgets, ensuring seamless event execution, and maintaining sales records. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in hospitality/events, strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and event software. Flexible schedule and ability to work evenings/weekends required. A degree in hospitality or related field is preferred.
