Job Description
Join Rainbow Food Park as a Front Desk Receptionist welcoming guests, managing check‑in/out, room bookings and the PMS; handling reservations by phone, email and online; providing information on services, rooms and local attractions; resolving guest requests and complaints; coordinating with housekeeping and F&B; maintaining confidential guest records; performing cashiering, call handling and shift reports; and keeping the lobby presentable. Requirements: degree preferred (Hotel Management/Hospitality), 0–2 years front office experience, excellent communication, customer service, problem‑solving, professional grooming and ability to work shifts. Full‑time, in person. Pay: ₹15,00–₹20,00/month. Benefits: food and housing.
