Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Supervisor – Tool Manufacturing to lead our tool room. Responsibilities include overseeing jig, fixture, die, mold and cutting tool production; assigning and monitoring work on CNC/VMC, milling, turning, grinding, EDM and fitting; enforcing engineering drawings and GD&T; implementing 5S, TPM and safety standards; coordinating with design, production, quality and maintenance; training and evaluating staff; reducing lead time, scrap and rework; and maintaining documentation.
- Qualifications: Diploma/BE/BTech in Mechanical or Tool & Die
- Experience: 5–10 years in tool manufacturing (supervisory preferred), CNC and conventional machining
- Skills: GD&T knowledge, problem-solving and leadership
Full-time; salary starting at ₹18,00/month. Location: traveling/on the road.
