RealtyHub is seeking a driven Sales & Marketing Coordinator (male/female) to generate leads, convert prospects, and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include cold calling, networking, client meetings, presentations, and site visits; negotiating and closing deals; maintaining accurate sales records; and fostering long-term client relationships.

• Required skills: real estate sales, telecalling, lead generation, client relationship management, site visit coordination, negotiation, and market awareness.
• Full-time in-person role with flexible hours. Compensation: ₹12,00–₹20,00/month + incentives. Benefits: cell phone and internet reimbursement, commuter assistance.
• Freshers are welcome. Preferred location: Trivandrum, Kerala.
