Job Description
Recruit & Grow is seeking a Freelance Recruiter to join our team! In this position, you will be responsible for understanding job descriptions and collaborating with clients to identify their hiring needs. Key responsibilities include sourcing resumes from platforms such as Naukri, Shine, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
You will also screen resumes, conduct interviews with candidates, and coordinate interview schedules with clients. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience and fluency in English. This is a remote position with a salary range of ₹10,330.75 to ₹20,00.00 per month.
