We are looking for a dynamic Telecalling Executive (Female) who is fluent in both Malayalam and English to join our team. The selected candidate will engage with customers over the phone, providing them with information regarding our gold schemes, promotions, and jewellery collections, while ensuring superior customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle customer inquiries.
- Deliver accurate product information.
- Follow up to convert leads into sales.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Malayalam and English.
- Minimum PUC/Graduate.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹15,00 – ₹20,00 per month.
