Job Description
We are seeking a Property Sourcing Executive to identify and secure residential and commercial properties for our portfolio. The role involves conducting market research, building relationships with agents, owners, and developers, negotiating favorable terms, inspecting and evaluating assets, and maintaining a sourcing pipeline and database. You will deliver timely reports and coordinate with legal and acquisitions teams to ensure successful closings.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in real estate sourcing or sales
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license; proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently
