Job Description
RND SOFTECH PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking applications for the position of Voice Process Agent within our Revenue Cycle Management team. In this critical role, you will assist US healthcare clients by managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing client inquiries, and effectively resolving billing issues.
Your key responsibilities will include providing accurate patient billing information, liaising with insurance companies, and ensuring meticulous record-keeping. We are looking for candidates who exhibit outstanding communication skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
This is a full-time, permanent position that requires working night shifts (US time) at our Coimbatore location. Compensation ranges from ₹14,00.00 to ₹40,00.00 per month, along with benefits such as health insurance and a provident fund.
