Job Description

We invite you to be a part of Rolls-Royce as a Guided and Interactive Troubleshooting Administrator. In this pivotal role, you will assess product defects, develop troubleshooting documentation, and guarantee prompt delivery to our service organization. You will work collaboratively with global teams across Service, R&D, and the Training Center, while also testing products to ensure quality and consistency.

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering, along with 6 to 9 years of relevant experience and strong analytical capabilities. A background in internal combustion engines is preferred, alongside programming knowledge in OTX and proficiency in MS Office. Fluency in both German and English is essential.
