Job Description
Rotary Master Manufacturing Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer complaints by escalating them to the appropriate teams, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering accurate information through the necessary tools. You will also be expected to meet call handling quotas, analyze customer data for product recommendations, and ensure prompt resolutions to inquiries.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from ₹9,00.00 to ₹22,00.00 per month.
