Job Description
Rupanshu Jain Creations Pvt. Ltd. is currently seeking a dedicated full-time Legal Assistant to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing emails, preparing documents for the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), and overseeing liquidation filings.
Key responsibilities include creating Management Information System (MIS) sheets, drafting legal documents, and collaborating with resolution professionals. Proficiency in Excel is a must.
Preferred applicants should possess experience as a Legal Clerk or Stenographer and have a solid understanding of legal terminology.
Salary range: ₹18,00.00 to ₹25,00.00 per month. This position requires in-person attendance.
