Job Description
Salt Studio seeks a detail-oriented Junior Fashion Merchandiser to oversee supplier sourcing, material procurement, sampling and bulk production. The role involves coordinating with weaver clusters and factories, negotiating prices, MOQs and lead times, preparing cost sheets, and tracking procurement and production to ensure timely prototype, fit and final sample approvals.
- Qualifications: Diploma in Fashion Technology or Apparel Merchandising; 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Skills: Strong fabric and production knowledge; proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; fluent spoken Hindi (mandatory) and working English.
- Employment: Full-time, permanent, in-person. Compensation ₹15,00–₹20,00 per month.
