Company: Sameera Lands & Construction is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with 2 to 5 years of experience. This full-time position is located in Nungambakkam, Chennai, offering a competitive salary between ₹20,00 and ₹30,00 per month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments for management.
• Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements.
• Handle confidential documents and maintain filing systems.
• Document meeting notes and prepare minutes.
• Assist with filing and report preparation.
• Support task management for both personal and professional matters.
• Coordinate site visits and property-related follow-ups.
• Manage correspondence via emails, phone calls, and messages.
