Bellware Sanitary Ware, a renowned brand known for its exceptional bath and sanitary solutions, is seeking a dedicated Customer Relations Executive (CRE) to join our team.
Position: Customer Relations Executive (CRE)
Location: Bellware Head Office, Pattambi
Experience: Preferred 1-3 years; however, motivated freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure efficient order processing.
- Maintain customer databases and collect feedback.
- Assist with documentation tasks.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements: Strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and fluency in English and Malayalam.
