Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Advocate/Associate with a comprehensive understanding of civil, criminal, NGT, and consumer court law. The ideal candidate should have the skills necessary to draft legal documents, including applications and statements, with precision and clarity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting writ petitions, plaints, arbitration claims, and written statements
- Conducting case studies and legal research
- Preparing rejoinders and final arguments
Experience Requirements: 3 to 5 years
