We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Manager to oversee the entire recruitment cycle. In this role, you will collaborate closely with management to identify hiring needs and develop innovative recruitment strategies. Your key responsibilities will include screening applicants, conducting interviews, and maintaining an organized database of candidate records.

Requirements for this position include 2-3 years of recruitment experience, exceptional communication skills, and familiarity with HR software. This full-time role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from ₹10,248.70 to ₹41,724.94, along with additional benefits.
