Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive ROC Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to join our compliance team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of ROC filings, compliance requirements, and CHG-related tasks, along with a basic knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience with the MCA portal.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Immediate availability required
• Office hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
• Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor’s degree
• At least 1 year of experience in ROC filings
• Strong English communication skills
• CA, CMA, or CS students are not eligible

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Entry-level

Salary: ₹18,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
