Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Outlet Incharge to ensure the smooth daily operations of our establishment. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining food quality, managing our team, and adhering to company standards. Your responsibilities will include supervising staff, managing inventory, coordinating with delivery partners, and achieving sales targets.

Key Requirements: Candidates must possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of food and beverage operations, and experience with delivery platforms. Effective communication, multitasking capabilities, and basic accounting knowledge are essential.

Qualifications: A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field, along with 2-4 years of supervisory experience in the food and beverage sector, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), is required.

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Up to ₹30,762.13 per month | Benefits: Meals provided.
