Job Description
Shanghai Interiors is hiring a full-time Site Supervisor in Pimple Saudagar, Pune. Entry-level candidates are welcome. Compensation: ₹20,00–₹22,00/month plus cell phone and internet reimbursement.
- Manage and instruct site workers; establish and enforce schedules; monitor performance and maintain attendance and progress records.
- Perform regular inspections, identify and remediate hazards, and troubleshoot issues to prevent delays.
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure activities align with plans and working drawings.
Requirements: familiarity with AutoCAD and working drawings; strong business communication skills. Diploma preferred. English proficiency and a valid driving license preferred. Willingness to travel up to 25%. Work is on-site.
