Job Description

Shifastar is currently seeking a motivated Accounts Assistant to oversee essential accounting functions, including data entry, preparation of monthly profit and loss statements, and balance sheets. Key responsibilities include precise data entry using Tally.ERP-9, maintaining records of bills, processing payments, conducting bank reconciliations, and managing daily petty cash. The successful candidate will also prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports, update debtor statements, and ensure accurate recording of payments, particularly from government clients.

Qualifications: Candidates should possess 4-5 years of experience with Tally.ERP-9, demonstrate proficiency in English and Hindi, be well-versed in MS Office, and exhibit a strong work ethic. A background in lubrication equipment manufacturing is preferred.
