Job Description

Siemens Healthineers is actively seeking a qualified Quality Assurance Document Control Specialist. The primary responsibilities include managing and maintaining document structures within SAP, organizing service documents related to products, supporting change management processes, ensuring document accuracy throughout their lifecycle, and collaborating effectively with Document Authors and Process Managers.

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of experience in document management. A strong understanding of SAP Document Management System (DMS), proficiency in Microsoft Word (especially with macros), and exceptional organizational skills are required. Experience within the Healthcare or Medical Device industry is highly advantageous.
