Job Description
We seek an experienced Interior Site Supervisor to manage on-site execution of interior fit-outs, coordinate subcontractors, monitor quality control, enforce safety standards, and oversee schedules and material deliveries. The role requires reading and interpreting shop drawings and specifications, performing site inspections, preparing punch lists, and maintaining clear client and project manager communication.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in interior construction or fit-outs
- Strong technical drawing literacy, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to enforce quality and safety, track progress, and report to the project manager
- Safety or construction management certifications are a plus
