Job Description
We are seeking a responsible, disciplined Accounts & Purchase Executive to manage accounting entries and sample coordination at our Kolkata office.
- Maintain Tally entries and accounting records; manage advanced Excel databases and reports.
- Handle sample stock (inward/outward), prepare purchase orders, arrange export sample documentation, and support dispatch.
- Coordinate with suppliers and testing houses and liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth order completion.
- Qualifications: 1–3 years’ relevant experience preferred; commerce background a plus; proficient in Tally and advanced Excel; fluent in English and Hindi; reliable computer/laptop at home.
- Details: Location — Kolkata; Hours — Mon–Sat, 9:30 AM–6:30 PM; Type — Full-time, permanent; Salary — ₹15,00–₹18,00/month.
