Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Dispatch Supervisor to oversee daily dispatch operations, ensuring timely and compliant shipment of finished goods. The role requires coordinating shipping schedules, material handling, packing, and labeling to meet company standards. You will lead and mentor the dispatch team to maintain productivity, accuracy, and safety while collaborating with production and logistics to resolve issues and meet deadlines.
- Manage dispatch activities, documentation, and inventory movements
- Ensure compliance with shipping procedures and quality standards
- Coach staff, monitor performance, and enforce safety protocols
Job Type: Full-time • Pay: ₹12,00–₹13,00 per month • Benefits: Provident Fund • Location: In person
Requirements
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
