SMEC seeks a Railway Operations Supervisor to manage daily rail operations, uphold safety and service reliability, coordinate field teams and maintenance, monitor performance metrics, and engage with clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines proven operational experience in rail systems, strong leadership, and a thorough understanding of safety standards and incident response.
- Oversee day-to-day rail service delivery and punctuality
