Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage deposit customer records and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements. The role involves maintaining customer data in Excel, calculating and updating incentives and interest per policy, generating accurate Customer IDs, verifying documentation, and coordinating resolution of discrepancies. The executive will support smooth onboarding by liaising with sales and compliance teams and will assist with audit and internal review reporting.

• Employment: Full-time
• Compensation: ₹12,00–₹17,00 per month

• Requirements: Minimum 1 year in NCDs or deposit operations and 1 year in an NBFC or other financial institution
