Job Description
Full-time, permanent position to support hospital security, safety, and emergency preparedness at Kauvery Hospital, Kovilambakkam. Duties include supervising daily security operations, monitoring entry/exit points and CCTV, enforcing NABH-aligned safety protocols (infection control, fire safety, access control), conducting audits, coordinating emergency responses and drills, training security personnel, and assisting with incident reporting and documentation.
- Qualifications: Graduate with security experience; healthcare or hospitality experience preferred. Knowledge of fire and emergency procedures; strong leadership, communication, and crisis-management skills; ability to work shifts. Hindi required.
