Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Associate proficient in Google Ads and Meta to join our DTC company focused on women. This role is essential for scaling our performance initiatives to enhance revenue and acquire new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage performance marketing efforts on Meta and Google platforms.
- Optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Click-Through Rate (CTR), and Conversion Rate (CVR).
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives.
- Implement audience strategies, including retargeting tactics.
- Analyze campaign performance and offer actionable insights.
