Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Reservation Executive with a minimum of three years’ experience in hotels or resorts to manage reservations, guest inquiries, and front-office coordination. This full-time, in-person position is based at our luxury resort in Munnar. Monthly compensation: ₹15,00–₹20,00.
- Operate reservation systems and confirm arrivals
- Handle guest enquiries and provide exceptional service
- Upsell packages and ensure accurate booking details
- Coordinate with housekeeping and F&B departments
- Maintain attention to detail and professional communication
Familiarity with reservation software and strong interpersonal skills are required.
