We are seeking a License Manager in Bangalore to oversee software licensing, vendor relationships, and compliance. Responsibilities include managing license procurement, renewals, audits, and record-keeping; negotiating vendor agreements; implementing licensing policies; and training internal teams to ensure compliance.

Requirements: 3+ years’ experience in software asset management or licensing, strong negotiation and analytical skills, knowledge of licensing models (SaaS, perpetual), familiarity with compliance frameworks, and proficiency with SAM tools. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to streamline licensing operations across the organization are essential.
