Job Description
Subrosa Health and Capital India is seeking a Territory Sales Executive to retail pharmaceutical and OTC products across Kolkata (Howrah, Salt Lake, Phool Bagan, Ultadanga, Beliaghata). The incumbent will visit 100+ retailers daily, ensure adequate stock levels, and drive Personal Order Booking (POB), the primary KPI for incentive calculation.
- Qualifications: 2–3 years retailing/POB experience, any degree, strong Bengali and English communication; existing retailer relationships preferred.
- Role: Full-time, in-person with approximately 75% travel.
- Compensation: Up to ₹18,00/month plus PF, ESI, travel allowance, and performance incentives. Industry: Marketing Services.
