About the Role:

We conduct offline business workshops every week/month and are looking for a long-term growth partner, not a typical employee.

This role combines appointment setting, WhatsApp community management, and on-ground event coordination.

You will be trained on every single process, so clarity and execution are guaranteed.

Key Responsibilities (1 Role | 3 Clear KPIs)

1. WhatsApp Community Management

• Manage WhatsApp groups for workshop attendees
• Share reminders, updates, instructions, and follow-ups
• Keep attendees informed, engaged, and aligned
• Ensure maximum attendance with zero confusion

2. Appointment Setting & Attendance Confirmation

• Make 10–20 calls per day to highly qualified enquiries
• Confirm workshop attendance and handle basic objections
• Follow proven scripts (training provided)
• Incentives linked directly to attendance & event conversions

3. On-Ground Event Operations

• Be present during offline workshops
• Coordinate:
• Mic & sound setup
• Screen & PPT readiness
• Seating & event flow
• Ensure smooth execution with no last-minute surprises
