Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Email Marketing Assistant to support campaign planning, content creation, list management, A/B testing, and performance reporting. Responsibilities include writing and proofreading email copy, building campaigns in an ESP (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo), segmenting lists, scheduling sends, monitoring deliverability, and analyzing metrics to improve opens, clicks, and conversions. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in email or digital marketing, basic HTML/CSS skills for templates, strong copywriting, and excellent attention to detail.
