Job Description
TeleMinds Infotech Private Limited is seeking a professional Inbound Customer Service Representative for our Australian energy campaign. The role involves handling inbound calls from Australian customers, recommending electricity and gas plans, converting inquiries into sales, maintaining compliance, and achieving performance targets.
- Requirements: 6 months–2 years international voice experience (sales preferred), clear neutral English accent, basic computer skills, and availability to work Australian shifts. Experience with Australian energy plans and comparisons is advantageous.
