Job Description
The Choice School, located in Tripunithura, Kochi, Kerala, is seeking a dedicated Admin Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily billing, cash transactions, stock monitoring, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process billing and cash/card transactions while maintaining accurate records and reconciling cash daily.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales and stock reports to the finance department.
Requirements:
- Male candidates preferred, holding a Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in food outlet operations is advantageous.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively are essential.
