Job Description
The Little Titans seeks a full-time Pre-Primary (Mother) Teacher to lead one classroom using a blended play-based curriculum (Finnish, Montessori, Reggio Emilia, NEP 2020). The teacher will plan engaging activities, observe and support each child’s development, maintain a safe and nurturing environment, communicate daily with parents, collaborate with colleagues, and participate in events and professional trainings.
- Requirements: ECCE certification or demonstrable experience in modern early-learning methods.
- Preferred: background in progressive or international preschools.
- Skills: strong English, patience, creativity, and digital proficiency (Kindiedays).
- Compensation: ₹20,00–₹25,00/month, paid sick leave; on-site position.
