Job Description
ThinkBiz Consulting is seeking a dynamic team member for our office located in Hinjewadi Phase 3, Pune! We invite applications from candidates skilled in resolving billing issues and providing outstanding customer support through Voice, Chat, and Email communications.
Key Responsibilities: Address international inquiries and collaborate with team members to effectively resolve complex challenges.
