Job Description
We are seeking a professional, friendly female receptionist residing near ECR, OMR, Velachery, Adyar, or Thiruvanmiyur, willing to travel up to 25%. Prior experience in an aesthetic or cosmetic clinic is preferred.
- Responsibilities: welcome clients, manage and confirm appointments, handle payments and billing, maintain client records, keep the reception area organized, and support sales conversion by promoting treatments and packages.
- Requirements: high school diploma, 1–2 years front desk or customer service experience (healthcare/aesthetic preferred), strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency with MS Office and clinic software, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English, Tamil, and Hindi preferred.
- Compensation: competitive salary ₹15,00–₹30,00/month plus performance-based incentives. Full-time position.
