Job Description
TMG Solutions Pvt Ltd is actively seeking a Corporate Law Executive to enhance our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing FEMA compliance, providing advisory on foreign investments, and assisting with the incorporation of stakeholder entities.
Key responsibilities include handling regulatory filings, liaising with key authorities such as the RBI, and ensuring meticulous documentation. Therefore, strong communication skills are essential for this position.
We prefer applicants with 0-2 years of experience in corporate law and FEMA compliance. A semi-qualified or qualified Company Secretary (CS) is required. Salary ranges from ₹30,00.00 to ₹35,00.00 per month.
Location: Salt Lake, Kolkata, West Bengal. Candidates should be willing to commute or relocate.
