Job Description
Topslick Management Services Private Limited is hiring Customer Sales Executives across Chennai. Qualifications: graduate or 12th grade; fresh graduates are welcome. 12th-grade candidates require a minimum of one year of sales experience. Compensation: ₹20,00–₹21,500 (in-hand ₹15,500–₹17,500) plus incentives and store bonuses.
- Maintain product expertise; advise customers; upsell and cross-sell; promote offers and loyalty programs.
- Process POS transactions; handle exchanges and returns; meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and report to the Store Manager.
- Full-time, permanent, on-site role with benefits including health insurance, paid sick leave, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
Requirements
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Basic Computer Skills
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work in a Team
- Good Communication Skills
