Job Description

Town Bridge Hotels & Suites seeks a professional Waiter to provide courteous, efficient table service. Responsibilities include greeting guests, presenting menus, accurately taking and relaying food and beverage orders, ensuring timely delivery, confirming guest satisfaction, and resolving requests or complaints. Collaborate with chefs and team members during busy periods and maintain a polished, professional appearance.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic menu knowledge and POS proficiency
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• 1–2 years’ experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality setting preferred

Full-time, on-site. Pay: ₹10,00–₹20,00/month. Benefits include provided meals and Provident Fund.
