We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Front Office Executive to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will possess a diploma or degree in Hotel Management and demonstrate proficiency in Ids Software. Both male and female applicants are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally welcome and greet guests.
• Handle and direct incoming phone calls.
• Manage correspondence via email and letters.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
• Assist with various administrative tasks.
• Record guest and employee entries accurately.
• Efficiently resolve guest complaints.
• Coordinate effectively with other departments.

This is a full-time position, offering a monthly salary between ₹12,00.00 and ₹16,00.00, along with meal benefits.
