Job Description
Trydan Tech seeks a motivated Tele Caller Executive to manage inbound and outbound calls, present products and services, update CRM records, and achieve conversion targets. Responsibilities include lead qualification, timely follow-up, and accurate customer data maintenance.
- Requirements: proven telecalling experience, excellent English and regional language communication, strong persuasion and negotiation skills, resilience, and basic MS Office/CRM proficiency; minimum High School diploma.
- Preferred: IT/tech sales or support experience and domain knowledge.
- Employment: Full-time or Freelance; 3–6 month contract; salary ₹15,00–₹25,00/month plus performance incentives. Benefits include training, flexible scheduling, paid time off, and career growth in a dynamic tech environment.
