Job Description
We seek a formal and experienced Inclusion & Corporate Responsibility Advisor to develop and implement diversity, equity, and sustainability strategies. You will counsel senior leadership, design inclusive policies, manage stakeholder engagement, and monitor corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives to ensure compliance and social impact.
- Minimum three years’ experience in diversity, CSR, or sustainability
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Familiarity with reporting standards, data analysis, training delivery, and community partnerships
